A young couple based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast who live and breathe property investing and development. Several years ago they realised the most valuable commodity is time. They decided they wanted to stop trading their time for hours in an office and working FIFO rosters and replace it with investing in Real Estate. Since this decision, Joel and Bianca have gone on to buy, renovate, flip, build and develop properties that allows them to live a lifestyle of freedom and choice. Always thinking outside the box, they continue to find exciting opportunities to grow their portfolio and enjoy encouraging others to do the same by taking people behind the scenes of what really goes on in property!

We strongly believe that every Australian should have the opportunity to build a home and/or investment property that brings them closer to the lifestyle they want to live. Through our own experiences, we discovered there is a lot to learn in property, from purchasing, renovating, building, developing sites, selling, all the way down to styling the finished product.

Our brand exists to inspire and connect Australians wanting to build a home or investment property with trusted professionals to help guide them through the journey. We are fun, experienced, trustworthy and our story is relatable to a lot of people wanting to build their dream home, or simply get into the property market. It is possible, because we have done it!
